3. History & Opening Date
- Developed in the late 1990s as a fashion and café district surrounding Sinsa Station.
- The name “Garosu-gil” means “tree-lined street,” from the rows of ginkgo trees planted in the 1970s.
- It became a trend-leading neighborhood for boutiques, galleries, and independent brands in the 2000s.
