Booking & Operational Policy:
• Advance Booking Required: Online reservation is required to finalize boarding manifests and times.
• Photo ID Required: All passengers must bring a valid physical ID or mobile ID photo for Coast Guard boarding verification.
• Punctuality: Please arrive at the dock at least 20 minutes prior to departure.
Safety & Weather Policy:
• Safety Rules: Life jackets must be worn at all times while onboard; smoking is strictly prohibited on the yacht.
• Weather Contingency: Departures may be canceled or rescheduled in case of severe weather conditions such as strong winds or heavy rain.

Cancellation due to Severe Weather: If the tour is canceled by the operator due to severe weather or natural disasters, a 100% full refund will be provided.
